Let me be honest, I am NO cook, and this was my first time venturing beyond chicken nuggets. However, I was shocked and awed by how good and simple this recipe is. My boyfriend and I decided it was so good that the mango was not even necessary. The fish was the perfect consistency and the spices livened it up. We made it with a side of cous cous and we used the leftover spices to sauté our vegetables. I will definitely be making this again!

This recipe was easy to make and tasty. The mango and cilantro made the seasoning on the fish pop.

Not good without the salsa. Not the best seasoning for tilapia.

This is so easy that even a cave man can cook it! I didn't have coriander on hand but it still turned out great!

So tasty and simple! I have always loved tilapia but my husband has never been a big fan of fish. This recipe made him fall in love with Tilapia so now I'm glad I don't have to enjoy it by myself anymore. :

Me and my husband loved it. I substituted roasted butternut squash, tossed in a little smoked paprika and a touch of cinnamon, for the mango added tomatoes and red onion for the topping. I did not have mango on hand, and my husband is on a low carb kick.
The flavors of the spices on the fish were perfect. I will make this again!

Loved this. Had 4 fillets and wanted a lil' somethin' different. Found and tried this recipe. Switched peaches for the missing mango and used culantro from my herb garden instead of cilantro - (culantro is a spikier, punk rock version of cilantro.I garnished the fish with peach slices along with the peach/herb (Peaches & Herb mix. Wonderful flavors, easy to prep and make. WILL make this again and again. Thank you!
