very good. Can be cooked in less time than indicated if you cook the shrimp during the last few minutes of the sauce-cooking. Works very well halved.

My husband and I LOVED this dish. So easy, fairly fast and quite flavorful. I too used the white wine as the other person suggested. Will definately make this for company ASAP and will share the recipe too!

This recipe is better than we can get at our local greek restaurant. The whole neighborhood loved it!

I made this dish for my husband and he thought it was outstanding. I made a few adjustments which worked well. I added chopped swiss chard so there would be some greens and dry egg noodles near the end so it wouldn't get too mushy and soft. My husband thought the egg noodles made the dish look gourmet. I also didn't have ouzo so I used a little white wine on the shrimp and let the wine evaporate a little and added the juice to the casserole dish before baking. We still used french bread to scoop up the thick juices when we were eating. It was a very flavorful and healthy meal. This is a real winner!

Simply the best shrimp recipe ever. Love to flambe the shrimp at a dinner party. It makes a great side dish, or main course meal. The flavors are deep and complex. Do Not Worry: the ouzo does not make the shrimp taste like licorice. Make it, watch it disapear.

We are always looking for non-citrus containing ways to have seafood due to allergies and the shrimp and ouzo was outstanding for teens and adults alike. We blended the feta with fresh ground parmasian with everything else as listed and the results were gratifying, especially watching 3 teenagers dive into this.

After seeing the show, I bought some ouzo and tried the recipe at home. It was amazing! The ouzo has this sweet taste, and the recipe is fairly easy to make. It is an impressive meal that you can cook in about 45 min.
