easy, super tasty, everyone loved this, even the guys, who normally wouldn't be interested in an all-veg canape.

I got relentlessly teased for making this. But I still say it tastes pretty good. I followed the recipe to a T and me and my daughters loved it. However, the men turned their noses up at it.

I made this recipe for myself - as a snack and to try out. It is delicious! I just love the sweetness of the peas and the chewyness of the sun dried tomatoes. The endives made my taste buds stand up and take note of each flavor. This recipe will definitely make an appearance at my next party. Thanks Giada

I can see where this dip might not be for everyone. You have to love the sweetness of the peas and sun-dried tomatoes with the pungency of the garlic. If you don't love those things, then you won't like this dip.

I, however, love it! It came together so quickly, I can see myself making it over and over again. I loved the idea of putting in kalamata olives. I'll try that or capers next time.

This will go beautifully on the Christmas Eve table tomorrow.

I love ya, but this is one of the many that I've made of yours that just didn't fly. Sorry, but keep em coming! LA :-

I had this recipe at a pool party last week and it was scrumptous and sooooo simple. As an alternative to the endive, you could use pita chips or even bruschetta. Fabulous taste and easy to prepare.

This was OK, my first "OK" for giada...usually she knocks it out of the park. It wasn't a waste, but it wasn't a redo.

This was very easy to make and the ingredients were also easy to find. I made this as a side dish and thought for sure my husband would hate it but we BOTH loved it. It tasted perfect on the endive but I might include some crostini with it at a party.

This was not one of my favorites. Even though I love everything needed for this recipe, it ended up tasting bland. I tried it again and added kalamata olives, which added a punch of flavor, but I'm not sure I'll make this one again.
