I very rarely get sick but am having all of the symptoms of a bad cold. I made this tea and my throat feels so much better. I can't taste much but the ginger has a kick to it. I had no honey so I used a little natural raw sugar. I have more and it is soothing.

I've been sick with a nasty cough for the past three days so I decided to make myself a batch of this tea. I used Celestial Seasoning Lemon Zinger Tea and followed the rest of the recipe. It tastes really good and is very soothing and I just know that it is good for me. I have enough in a pitcher in the fridge to warm up a cup when I need it. I like it alot although I could use a bit more ginger for my taste. Not quite as good as having my Mom here but it helps!

Never again will I attempt to make the Ginger Honey Tea. I tried making it twice for my sick mother, but it was disgusting.

I love Ginger Tea, and decided to try this one. After the first batch, I cut down on the ginger, upped the honey a bit, and went with another tea bag. Now I keep a pitcher of this in the fridge handy.

I have made "ginger" tea for years - its a winter favorite - helps keep you warm, its a great touch when your sick - It was nice to have so much flavor (because you can't taste when you have a bad cold - and found it very soothing.

Personally, I didn't use that much honey - but it is now my "official sick tea" Thanks.

This tea is wonderful! I made it the evening after the show, and I have enjoyed it so much I need to go to the store for more lemons! It really enhances the taste of the tea!

Tried the ginger honey tea and loved it. I used 4 tea bags of regular tea,I thought it was a bit strong. I tried it again and used 2 and it was perfect!

I made this today because I thought the honey would soothe my sore throat. After reading the other reviews, I decided to make mine less sweet. I added about 3 tablespoons of honey at first, then more to taste. The ginger added a little bit of pleasant spiciness. And yes, it did make my throat feel better.

I made this tea on a cold, rainy night. It definitely hit the spot! This has now become my new favorite drink! It is a bit sweet, so depending on my mood, I decrease the honey or increase the lemon juice to control the sweetness. I have also omitted the ginger and just enjoyed the honey and lemon...It's all delicious!
