I remember when my mom's meatloaf used to be dry and tasteless. This recipe is anything but that. The onions, green pepper and celery keep it moist and the glaze on top makes it complete!

My husband thought it was bland. He said the glaze is what made it taste good. But, our youngest son (17 and I really liked it. I thought it had a great taste and texture. The glaze just added to it.

I used this recipe to cook dinner for my boyfriend and I last night and it was my first cooking experience. Very easy to follow, came out great!! Nice kick added of course, and my boyfriend loved it! My parents were even getting into it so there's plenty leftover for everyone.

I can not stand meatloaf. My husband wanted some so I found this and we both loved it. The Baby bam is excellent I now use it on everything!

This meatloaf was so good! It was very flavorful and delicious. This is going to be a new favorite in my house! FYI-I used all beef instead of veal and pork, it was still amazing.

I had never had meatloaf before I made this amazing recipe. The meatloaf was super juicy and super tasty. The only problem I came across was that the 1 hour and 15 minute cooking time wasn't enough. My meatloaf was raw in the middle when I cut it. It needed a good 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours to fully cook.
