Tried these today. The difficulty level for me was not worth it--it's an easy concept but the chocolate doesn't want to stick to the ball after rolled in confectioners sugar. I ended up with a mess and I had to use 2x the chocolate and corn flakes due to the difficulty. The honey is a bit too strong, so I won't be making these again. (Another viewer suggested rolling in chips instead...maybe this is the way to go.

The taste was good, but the texture was grainy. I thought maybe it was because I didn't sift the milk powder, but too late to try that. I will be letting these sit until Friday (2 whole days, I'm hoping that will let them set a bit and make them more creamy. Ive heard people substituting the powdered milk for powdered graham crackers, I may try that instead.

I also found this a little grainy... i added more peanut butter, half of the honey and added caro syrup in place of the honey left out. I also put less powdered milk in. turned out great. like a piece of candy

I love peanut butter balls, but these were a little different than I expected. The powdered milk made them a bit too grainy and although I love honey too it was a bit much in these. I will make again however with less powdered milk and less honey. Still they were yummy!!!

I found the milk gave them a super grainy texture and the honey was overwhelming. I didn't enjoy them at all.....in fact I tried to make them into peanut butter cookies so as not to waste the ingredients but I ended up throwing them out anyways. I would never try this recipe again.

The comments on the grainy texture are valid if you don't refrigerate the dough overnight. The next day, the candy is smooth and creamy. Great fun for kids to make. Avoid the mess of melted chocolate and powdered sugar and roll in mini chocolate chips or chocolate shot instead.
