These potatoes pack a punch of flavor and are so easy to make. I made them for a get together and everybody wanted the receipe.

My husband and I really enjoyed these potatoes. The leftovers also make fantastic home fries.

I would not make these again, I don't think the loose garlic on the pan imparts any flavour.

Some reviewers stated their potatoes didn't brown well or they stuck together. I roasted mine on a cookie sheet lined with Release (a non-stick foil. It not only made them brown better but they didn't stick at all. I peeled my garlic cloves before throwing them in. I make my roasted potato wedges much the same way.

these tasted good and were very easy to make. i kept mine in for closer to 1 1/2 hours, but they still never got the crispy coating.

This is a really easy dish to make and it always comes out wonderfully... though I recommend adding onions to it, as well and the onions carmelize really wonderfully in the oven.
