We followed the recipe except for the dried sage. All we had was ground sage, and we used 3/4 of a teaspoon. I think more ground is needed because all we had was a slight hint of the sage flavor. I'll be buying the dried because we'll be making this frequently. One time maybe we'll also substitute rosemary. What a wonderful dish! Thank you!

Good recipe but the sausages burned before the chicken completed browning. I'm going to make this again but in a lower oven.

I watched your t.v.show and it looked really good and very easy to make. So I put it all together last night and we just ate it today and it was really very, very good. My husband said that I out did myself. It was easy, very tender and tasty and I will surely make it again.

I love Nigella! Her show is so fun, and this recipe immediately because a favorite in our household. My husband raves about it, and I would definitely use this to entertain company. I cook it at 350 for 30-40 minutes and find it done, and I use chicken breast to be healthier. I substitute horseradish for English mustard and find it works well. I have told everyone I know about this recipe! Keep 'em coming, Nigella!

Made this with revisions recommended such as adding garlic and salt. Watched to make sure oven not too hot as some found. Loved the food but make it the same day as serving, not a day ahead as it does not seem to heat up as fresh looking as you would want to serve company.
