Really good! I made this with red mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My husband absolutely loved the sauce.

Another of our family's TOP 10 by Robbin!!
Quick and easy to prepare (side of roasted reds for company. It pleases all with it's spicy heat and sweet combination.
Try it, you will love it.
(A little spicy for our little one, so we use less heat.

Just made it today, I had to water it down with some more beef broth as it was too spicy for the kids but made a aju out of it and sliced the pork up, toasted some rolls and made a meal into a sandwich!! Thanks Jeff Morro , you inspired me to make this meal into a sandwich! Hope you come back soon!

My husband and I loved this recipe. I had it ready for him when he came home from work and he really enjoyed it! I doubled the sauce as recommended by many other reviewers. It was good however I probably will not double it in the future. It produced much more than we needed and we like sauce! I also thought about thickening it with a little cornstarch however I didn't. I will probably try this in the future if I double the sauce again. All in all it was fantastic, great flavors!

I will certainly make again. While I did make 2 different batches, one with jalapeno and one without for my kids, they all loved it. My kids went back for seconds while my husband ate the rest.

This was really, really good and too be honest we like spicy food A LOT so often Robin's recipes are a bit bland for us BUT this was terrific. I used rice flour, my preference for dredging meat, and used some cayenne pepper, a little hot smoked Spanish paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, S & P mixed in the flour. My 10 year old grand-daughter loved it too! I had homemade pickled jalapenos in the fridge that I used. This is a keeper for sure!!

Just made this for my boyfriend. I've finished and he keeps eating more and more! For the sauce, I used a raw jalapeno that I chopped and sauteed slightly. I also added a few tablespoons of vinegar and used homemade chicken broth. YUMMM! Easy, cheap, flavorful, and filling.
