    The salmon is so delicate with tons of flavor. This was the first time I ever tried French green lentils. Delicious. I made this with regular lentils but I find the French green provide more of a punch. Try it its so good.

    Very good. My husband and I liked the salmon and the lentils. I had the lentils for many meals over the next few days. Unless you are a BIG lentil fan or have a big family I would cut down on the lentils because it makes a lot.

    My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe immensely. Even though I could not get a hold of green lentils and only used regular lentils, the flavors of this dish were wonderful. It was also very easy to make. Highly recommended.

    Best way to cook salmon that I have ever tried. It was cooked just perfectly! The lentils are great too, but makes a large batch.

    This recipe was absolutely delicious! We eat salmon weekly and this recipe will definitely become a regular in our house. Loved the lentils - great flavor!

    This recipe is great. The salmon comes out so crispy on the outside....I cook mine well done and it still comes out so moist on the inside. The lentils are great and go with more than salmon! Will definitely make this again.

    I just caught the end of the show this was on and decided to try it. My husband isn't a lentil fan and he had seconds. It was easy and really good! If you do the chopping ahead of time it would be quick to make.
