    Delightful! I halved the lentils recipe, but made all the salmon. Still have a bit of lentils left. This is definitely a healthy, easy meal. Happy cooking to all! :

    Wonderful Recipe, plus extremely healthy! I used white wine vinegar instead of red wine, plus I added a pinch of Cumin. It does yield a lot of extra lentils but great for the rest of the week or to make a soup with. I will most definitely make this again.

    This was one of the best things I've ever made. I would definitely serve it to company. It took longer to cook then the recipe says. I would probably add the carrots and celery earlier on in the process because they still had a bit of a bite at the end and I would've preferred them completely cooked. The flavors were AMAZING. I won't make salmon any other way now - the top is crispy and delicious.

    I've made this recipe multiple times and always try and remind myself to make it more often! So easy and so good! The last go around, I didn't have the celery and carrots at home, so I just used 2 yellow onions and went to my garden and snipped a twig of rosemary and used that with inplace of thyme. Holy COW! what a great flavor. Also, I substituted ketchup for tomato paste as I didn't have paste at home. I would cook less than 5 minutes tho, or else it could be over done. delish!

    As many have already mentioned, this recipe is wonderful. My entire family (including my toddler love this meal. My mother in-law, who is an incredible cook, came to visit and I made this dish which absolutely made her ask for seconds. I made this with Ina's Pear Clafouti for dessert, which was like icing on a cake. Thanks Ina!

    This is a wonderful recipe. My 2 vegetarian daughters also love it with a veggie burger instead of the fish oh & veg stock instead of chicken. The 2nd time I made it I added a little cumin and it was even better. I do agree that it make much more than for 4 people.... more like 6-8 people... so we have plenty of leftovers :-
