i really enjoyed eating and making this...very easy...i dont think ill use the habenero next time though...makes it very very spicy...overall though very good

I lovvve this pasta. I've been using it for a few years. I don't use the shallots or habenero and it's still awesome.

This was my 1st time trying a recipe from foodnetwork. I absolutely love this dish, my said they love it so much that they want it everyday. Cant wait to try out some others.

This was probably the best pasta I have ever had! The flavor was amazing, it will literally make your eyes roll back in your head when you taste it! I will definitely be making this over and over again! :D

Not as good as I'd hoped but fairly quick & easy. I used Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2 because 1 1/2 C of heavy cr. (well, what wouldn't be yummy with all that fat?...so mine could have been more rich for sure. I had made some parmesan crisps and when I topped each portion with those, it really added a flavor pop!

I've been making for about a year now. Only thing I do different is I add lots of mushrooms. Always a hit for everyone I've made it for.

Great flavor! For the essence recipe I used Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning. It was amazing and all of my co-workers loved it! The only thing I would change is in the Essence recipe... I would cut the cayenne pepper in 1/2. Other than that.. I will definetly be making this again!

This is the best pasta recipe I have ever eaten/made/seen. I grow habanero peppers, and searched the site for habanero recipes a few years ago. I tried this one, and have been a fan ever since. Each July when the peppers ripen, I have a series of dinners for friends (since I can't fit them all in my dining room at once, using this recipe, till the habaneros are gone. We all look forward to July. I have over 2500 recipes in my home database, some old family recipes, others I have collected over the years. This recipe is one of my 5 top favorites.
