    This was a delicious chili for dogs, it tastes much fresher and it has more flavor than the stuff in the can.

    There is just the right amount of spice to this for me. I loved the aroma it left through the kitchen too. I made my own batch of Essence so I cut down some of the salt- I find salt is over-used in a lot of dished. Overall, this is great!

    I never ate a chilli dog when we went to america but if they are this good I really missed out!
    My husband loved them and has asked for them for the second time this week! high praise indeed

    We were looking for a good recipe for hot dog chili so that we didn't have to keep buying it in the store and not really liking it. We made this and loved it. We have another family favorite for our chili slaw dogs. It taste better the longer it sits. We also like it with nacho chips and cheese.

    Couldn't find any foot long but used the quarter pound Kosher dogs and this recipe is great.

    My husband loved the chili dogs. It was pretty easy for me to make. Better than out of a can thats for sure. Just a word here this is for recipe reviews not a rant on whether or not you like the way the recipes print out. Just my opinion.
