These were fabulous! I actually made my own pie crust, and instead of using the Spice Islands, I used garlic powder, pepper, and also added a little finely diced green onions. Mine took about 40 mins to bake. Sprayed my tins good also, and they came out great! This is a keeper! I'll be blogging about these more:

By the time I made my second batch of the tarts, I was very tired after working all day. I forgot to pre-cook the shell and proceeded to fill up the tarts. I couldn't bear to undo the mistake so I just placed them in the oven and baked them for 40 minutes. They turned out better than the 1st batch and I was able to fill them with more of the milk solution. and they weren't so puffy. I would definitely make them again - they were very good.

Agreed with some of the other reviewers in that the dough was a bit overwhelming and there was not nearly as much room in my mini muffin cups as hers. I used regular onion soup mix and though the filling had a good flavor

I made these tarlets last Thanksgiving as an appitizer and everyone loved them ! They all went back for 2nds and 3rds, there went my hopes for any leftovers. I cooked the onions the day before and kept them in the fridge, so putting them together on Thanksgiving was a snap, try them you will not be dissapointed!

I made this as an appetizer on Thanksgiving day. It was gone in a flash. I've had requests for it again for Christmas.
I made it in a large tart pan and cut it into squares because I couldn't find my mini muffin pan. It was delicious and easy to make.
