    This was a fast and easy side dish. I used whole wheat couscous and had everything in the house. I served it with grilled salmon and it was flavorful and fresh tasting. I will definitely make it again.

    I substituted whole-wheat couscous to boost the fiber in this recipe, but other than that, I followed it and thought it was fantastic! To be honest, I was surprised Paula created such a healthy recipe (where's the butter? : We love this recipe - it's light and very flavorful - will definitely make it again soon! Thanks, Paula!

    I followed the recipe but used whole wheat couscous and reduced fat feta - still tasted great and slightly more healthy.

    Made the recipe the same except used quinoa instead of the couscous. Great side dish and a way to use all the cherry tomatoes coming from the garden now.

    This was so yummy-we couldn't stop eating it! I added a tablespoon of cilantro and a little more salt. The feta made it taste so creamy-mmmm!
