    This is great to make ahead & stick in the freezer for those out of town guest that pop in or for those cooking just for one. Just pop in the oven and you have a great snack or a good start on a meal. Verrrrry tasty.

    Exquisite for such a simple dish. This is delicious. I baked mine. I also flattened out chicken tenders and left them a little larger (7 thin tenders instead of 14 nuggets and it was still cooked through perfectly.

    They were quite good in my small side of ranch.

    It was so tender and good. It was also so easy to make. I will make it again and again. I baked mine so it was not at all heavy.

    Well, I added some Louisana hot sauce to the buttermilk (to where it was almost pink and ended up marinating it about 30 hours and we had it with fries and Monday night football. This is one awesome recipe! I just used blue cheese as a dipping sauce, my husband made a "spicy" dipping sauce. Called the neighbors and asked if they wanted to try it, and they said "sure" and called back and said "you've got to make this one again!" So, Nigella, this was the first episode we watched and the first thing we made and we'll DEFINITELY stay tuned to your show!

    There are lots of chicken nugget recipes out there, but this one takes the cake. Great tasting, and really easy to make. I had to bake mine 10 minutes longer than recommended, but it was worth it.
