    I made these from Nigella's cookbook "Feast", and I have to say that whenever I have a playdate for the kids at my house, I make these. They are a hit with all the children and parents. The ritz crackers make a great alternative to bread crumbs. They are even great to make ahead of time and freeze. Just take them out of the freezer and bake. Excellent.
