    This might end up being my fave lamb chop recipe. The spices are perfect! Don't skimp, get the really good lamb, and you will not regret it.

    I made this last night and thought it was great. I added a bit more spice to the lamb and let it sit over night which made for great taste. Also I made garlic and pine nut couscous since I don't care for mint.

    I used thin-sliced chicken breasts instead of the veal cuts and the meal turned out wonderfully! I had to adjust cooking times just a bit, but everything went smoothly and ended up being on of the eye-appealing dishes I've made yet! The three-spice rub was very flavorful, although I would add more next time for my own personal preference. Next week I'll be cooking this again for my 25-person family reunion at a beach house and I'm sure it's going to be another hit.

    I didn't like this recipe at all. The chops were too tough and it just didn't mix well. It looks good on the pictures but not in your mouth

    We loved the lamb, once it was cooked, but the coriander and other spices made our whole house smell for 3 days!

    Loved the veggies & couscous, though!
