Overall this is a good recipe but I tend to like sweet potatoe dishes with a little more sweetness. I added truvia and it worked like a charm.

It's simple and easy to make and pretty good. I used low fat Greek yogurt and smart choice butter. I think it's healthy enough to include in my diet recipe.

If you feel like a marshmallow's place is around a campfire and not the Thanksgiving table then you'll love these deliciously simple sweet potatoes!

for Christmas dinner and can't describe how delicious it was. If you follow the recipe and roast the sweet potatoes, the potatoes give up a lot of moisture and the sugars concentrate. Add the sour cream, butter, and freshly grated nutmeg and it's pure heaven. Anyone who feels the need for more sugar or marshmallows is just trying to compare to an old family recipe that probably isn't as flavorful.

It's a good alternative or compliment to mashed potatoes.
