    SOOOOOOO Yummy!!! These were so easy to make and delicious. Followed the recipe but made my own wasabi mayo with pickled ginger and had them on sandwich thins (I dont like too much bread.
    Ginger-Wasabi Mayo

    1 tbsp wasabi powder
    1 tbsp water
    1 cup mayo
    ¼ cup pickled ginger
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp soy sauce
    Blend all together and refrigerate overnight.

    Did a trial batch today for a Super Bowl part this Sunday. I am the winner on the food table with this recipe. Excellent as shrimp balls to serve with tooth picks.
