I have made this tart several times and it has come out great every time. I have enjoyed it with and without the pecans.
A few notes that I have found through making this:
- I tend to have extra dough
- when making with pecans I tended to have extra batter
- To me it is best served with the combination of all three tastes though good alone
I have taken the extra dough and batter and made mini tarts in small tart trays.
Overall, great recipe and easily repeatable.
