These were great! I used a whole can of pumpkin puree and added a few handful of walnuts. Since all I had was half a bag of carob chips and didn't want to run out to the store I threw them in instead of chocolate chips. Oh my heavenly cakey moist yummness!!! A must try if you havent yet!

Wow... not only do these taste incredible but they look incredible!! (actually have some in the oven baking right now : bottoms are golden and the cookies are thick and fluffy. I also used white chocolate chips instead of milk since that's all I had on hand. Not sure how the milk chocolate chips taste, but the white chocolate in this recipe is super yummy!! hopefully I'll have enough to share with friends, that's if I don't eat them all first!! :D

Just as delicious as the reviews all said they are! This is the perfect fall cookie. I increased the spice and added about 1 cup more chocolate chips (I used white chocolate because I love this combination with pumpkin and they are phenomenal. My husband declared them to be right up there with the best cookies I've ever made, and I make a lot of cookies. Definitely a keeper.

These were very good wIth a cake-like texture. I call them pumpkin muffin tops. The chocolate chips are a must.

I used a whole can of pumpkin puree because several reviews stated there was not enough pumpkin taste. I used semi-sweet because that is what I had, but I will definately not use them again. The semi-sweet makes the chocolates overpower the pumpkin. I did not use the cloves because I hate the smell and taste. I also used a half teaspoon of vanilla extract because I hate the taste. The last adjustment I did was to use 2 3/4 c of flour because some reviews said it was a cake like mixture. I enjoyed them. They are even good without the chocolate chips =]

I am a huge pumpkin fan and these cookies were AMAZING! They're delicious as soon as you take a bite, but when you get the first bite down, it's like your taste buds dance with joy! Definitely a new fave!

This recipe is very easy and the cookies are amazing! I've never had a cookie that is so moist! I love pumpkin but was very skeptical about adding chocolate with it but they are so good. They were a big hit with family and friends, they're already requesting I make more! For storage you definitely need to put parchment paper in between the layers or they stick together.
