Love this recipe! It is really easy to make and has a nice orange flavor. The nut topping is also tasty with or without the coffee!

I am shocked that this recipe is rated at 5 stars. I am not generally a fan of the make-shift recipes and was leary of making this one...... I gave in because of the five star rating.
Yes, this recipe is tasty (particularly the topping. It DOES however, taste like doctered up bisquits. Don't be fooled.

way to go Paula!! this recipe is simply delicious! made it for breakfast. so fast so simple but amazingly delish. i was suprised that you only need to put topping on the bisquits and not through out i thought it would be missing some flavor but the pilsbury bisquits are just so good with this recipe! thanks Paula!

Made this today and it is sooooo good. I dont like canned biscuits and was very leary of this but gave it a try. I used the Grands Honey Butter flaky biscuits and it did take longer to brown, about 35 minutes. But is so good, the topping turns like a candied nuts (used pecans and crunchy candied top. The icing is good, I wound up making extra. Will make again for company!!!!

It was so simple to make and what a beautiful looking treat! people would think It took alot longer to make than it realy did.. I made the glaze out of butter, confectioner sugar and the orange juice only because my husband is not a fan of cream cheese and wow it was sooo good. Thanks Paula!!

This recipe was awful. Terrible. The sugar on top didn't melt - it just stayed grainy and made the top crunchy like sand. Ugh.

I made this the other day and it was a hit. I did not have any walnuts, so I used pecans--this coffee cake will be a regular addition to my baking.
