Wonderful unique salad... I added a tart (pink lady apple to the salad and added Craisens and walnuts on top... I agree with the others.... I only made a half recipe of the dressing and still didn't quite use it. I also decreased the oil and used a little water and it was fine...
My husband, who usually doesn't prefer "boring" salads thought this was great..... I served it with grilled chicken for a healthy meal!!

Great salad and dressing! Pairs perfectly with Rachaels's "Thanksgiving Tonight " recipe! The combination of the sweet/tart cranberries and the fennel/onion combination is wonderful and refreshing!

I used orange marmalade instead of cranberries and it was absolutely wonderful!

Imade this salad and it was wonderful. To avoid making salad soggy, we served dressing on the side and it was fantastic. I never tried making a salad dressing before and now, it will become a common practice.

If you follow the recipie verbatim, there is way too much dressing. It makes the entire salad soggy. I would use 1/3-1/2 of the required dressing. The taste of this salad is refreshing otherwise. I could see using this dressing on other salads also.
