Okay, this is reeeeaaally good and easy. The tamari adds a kind of tang to it that goes so well with pork! I'm a fan of using this flavor combo over thin, crispy pork chops instead of medallions, and I also found it is 10x better when used with good preserves. There's some other good recipes for pork/apricots on the B&R Farms website and you can order preserves and stuff there too.

This is a great easy go to weeknight meal. It is something that I was leery about, but I was really glad that I tried it!

I was glad to find another tasty and easy recipe using pork tenderloin. Based on other reviews, I cut the sauce recipe in half, and there was still more than enough. I didn't have ginger, but added a little ground ginger.

Awesome! I served this over Jasmine rice topped with extra sauce and green beans. No leftovers. I used a 13 oz. jar of preserves & upped the Tamari to 1/3 cup [result was a nice balance & not overly sweet.] I added a touch of garlic and a few red pepper flakes. I found all the ingredients in my local grocery in the Asian/International section. One note, Tamari is 100% Soy. Soy sauce is mixed with wheat 40/60.

Wow what a great meal! This is super easy and super quick for a wonderful weeknight meal. My husband was definitely impressed. He wouldn't have guessed the short list of ingredients. I did leave out the ginger, as I'm not a huge fan of the flavor, and it was still incredible! I didn't realize I was fresh out of rice, so I made some crescent rolls to go with it to sop up all that delicious glaze. It does make an enormous amount of glaze for only 1lb of meat, so you can cut the recipe in half and still probably have enough. Highly recommended!

I love that this recipe is so tasty AND quick--my favorite combination! I do think there's too much glaze, though. We had a lot left over. Next time I'll cut it in half.
