I made this for my husband and visiting stepson and they both decided it was their favorite. I drizzled the dressing on the salad before serving and we all enjoyed it with our steak.

The dressing was good but the whitish color was off-putting if you serve the dressing on the side.

I served this salad, along with the breadsticks, for Mother's Day. I doubled the recipe and it worked perfectly. I gave one batch to my in-law's and took another over to my mom's house. This recipe was a major hit!! Who doesn't love the salad from Olive Garden? Well, it looks like the Olive Garden salad and tastes just like it too! I will be making this recipe over and over and over. After today, it will be requested by my family all the time! If you make the salad, go ahead and make the almost-famous breadsticks too. You won't be dissapointed. The salad is also a very quick and easy recipe.
