Oh my gosh! This is truly "a party in your mouth!" It took some time to make but was not hard and was a gourmet delight. It was just as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to eat. Thanks Giada!

Outrageously delicious and not difficult once you master the wonton wrappers. Use less than one tablspoon in each so it doesn't spill out.

I couldn't find amaretti cookies, so I used almond biscotti. Also, I forgot to buy the cranberries. It was still delicious.
