My Girlfriend and I really loved this dish. I used baby red potatoes, added a white onion and used spinach instead of escarole, so just minor modifications. I also added some home-made mac and cheese as another side and it went really well with the other flavors in the dish. I will definitely be making this again and will post any other tasty modifications.

This turned out amazing, and I do not even really like fish that much. I took the suggestion from one of the reviewer`s to grate some fresh parmigiano over it and it was delish!!

Very tasty. I liked how the escarole was a combination of wilted and crispy. The fish steamed perfectly. I kept the pepper to a minimu (family choice.. Will definitely make again.

Very easy to make and economical.

Very easy to make - my boyfriend was quite impressed with the dish. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and the escarole was great. I couldn't find tilapia at my local store so I bought cod instead (about .87 lbs instead of 1.25 lbs and the ratio was perfect. Didn't have any oregano so I skipped it. I may try different spices in the future.

My escarole got a little too mushy, but the husband actually liked this recipe. It was so easy!
