    This is a dish that is easy to prepare

    After seeing Emeril make this I had to try it for my next dinner party. Unbelievable! This recipe stands on its own - no need for tweaking. We didn't find it too rich at all and were pleased to know that the creamy sauce base was milk rather than cream. Definitely a keeper.

    This was excellent. I made it last weekend and it got rave reviews from everyone who had some. It is rich, but really, really good. I followed the recipe exactly, didn't change a thing. It does make a lot of food, it would be great for a pot luck as it serves well at room tempurature, or even for superbowl! Will make again for sure, just not on a weekly basis.

    This was great! So easy to make and so yummy to eat. I didn't have mushrooms or chicken on hand, so I used zuchinni, carrots and tuna instead. I will make this again!
