This was delicious. I made it the other night and we loved it. The only problem I had was with a shard of feta. It crumbles too easily, so I just broke it up and stuffed it in wherever. The salad mixture itself really doesn't last long, so I would recommend cutting it in half if you have a small family. As always, I can trust Ina for a good meal.

It was delicious, never had this before it's a totally keeper. Super easy to make and very light but still fullfilling. I really like the mint and lemon in it, just delish! ;

It was good after I doubled the olive oil and used the juice of 3 lemons and more S&P. I used it as a salad with no feta.
Too bland otherwise.

Very good but husband said "it's ok" thus the 4 instead of 5 rating. Made it last week and accidently bought "no" pocket pitas so had to just put on top of one half and top with the other then I cut in 3rds so we could pick it up, a little messy!! Tonight making again with pita "pockets" as well as making the shrimp salad (this show also to hopefully make husband a little happier. Maybe the shrimp will go over better?! It's a great summer meal! I did like the Feta crumbled and I thought it added a nice "flavor" surprise.

I really wanted to like this recipe but I just can't. I had never had bulgur before and was a bit alarmed when I realized that it smelled like the flakes in Raisin Bran cereal. I followed the recipe to the letter. I liked the vegetables, the parsley, the lemon juice, and the olive oil. I didn't like the bulgur or the mint. I also felt that the feta cheese was an unnecessary addition and wound up picking it out after a few bites.
I will make something similar again in the future but without the mint or feta and will try quinoa instead of the bulgur.

So healthy and fresh! Perfect for summer on the beach picnic. My husband was afraid of such health food, considering he's a meat and potato guy, but he ended up loving this recipe. He especially commented on the delicious taste of the fresh herbs.

This dish is amazing! I made it for the second time tonight and fell in love all over again. It's so fresh! Super for a summer time meal. I use quinoa instead of bulgar wheat, and multigrain chibatta rolls in place of pita. Yum!!! (I'm a horrible speller, so please excuse my errors
