This was a very simple, easy recipe to make and very tasty. A nice departure from tomato sauce and the cheese adds just enough creaminess. Try adding a few chopped kalamata olives to add to the mediterranean vibe of the roasted peppers and feta cheese.

I have made several meals from the food network and I have to say this was so simple and easy and the fact that it was low in calories and fat made it so much better. My family loved it!

I saw this on tv and had to make it. I loved it. I added sauteed mushrooms to add on top of the sauce. I think the added feta on top of the spaghetti really finishes off the recipe. I will be making this again.
