I've made this twice now and it's fabulous. I used filet mignon. Huge hit and my crew can be very discerning.

We have made this twice now; Superbowl being the second time. So easy to make, but tastes so gourmet. We altered the recipe slightly to use cilantro instead of parsley oil, as we are both huge cilantro fans. This will be one of our standby recipes for both family and company BBQs.

All I can say is try it, you'll love! Every component was a treat from the roasted garlic on the bread to parsley topping.
