    I have prepared several different Shepherds Pie recipes over the years,
    however, this particular recipe incorporates different flavors than I have experienced before. I definately will make this recipe again, and I would recommend it to my friends.

    My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, but the cinnamon was not something I would add again. Either that or I would put much less of it. The other comment would be that I had a lot of liquid in my meat mixture, probably because of the fat in the meat. I would probably add in the recipe that liquid should be removed. Otherwise it was very delicious. We loved the scallion crust!
