Myhusband hated it. I thought it was fine, though I won't make it again. It was very, very hard to eat.

I used Ken's Light Caesar dressing and cooked the pizza in a SUPER hot oven. It came out perfect and my husband loved it. I used a little less dressing on the lettuce and cut the pizza into slices before adding the salad to minimize the mess. It worked out great, a definite remake!

This recipe was fast and was a hit with my husband. Just make sure you use a Caesar dressing that you like. It makes or breaks the meal. I would suggest a higher end Caeser dressing such as Marie's. You can find it in the produce section.

I made this for my boyfriend's family. I left the salad part on the side. I also kicked up the ceasar dressing by adding about a quarter bottle of worcestershire sauce ( about 2 oz. It got rave reviews, and my bf's sister even asked for the recipe.

I read the reviews about the crispy factor so I modified the recipe a bit before making it. The Boboli works wonderful but I reccommend for a better more crispier crust is to brush the Boboli with olive oil and cook it on 450 for 5 minutes before adding any other ingredients. Then after putting the cheese, sauce and chicken on, brush the outer crust with a bit more olive oil. Every complimented on the crispy crust and it was a huge hit. I had a request to make it at every gathering here on out.
