Whipped Cream was easy and wonderful. I did add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. This is a keeper! Thanks Alton!

I made this in my stand mixer and it was ready in about 3 minutes. I did add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Served with Alton's angel food cake and fresh raspberries. It was a hit!

This is a ridiculously easy recipe that yields awesome whipped cream!!! This was the very first thing I made with my new stand mixer and it was worth the purchase just for this!!!!!

... Had to go to the hand mixer with two mixers on a setting of 4 out of 5. Doing it by hand was not cutting it for me. Don't be scared to move around the mixer, rubbing it against the sides of the bowls. 1-2 minutes and you can see it start to fluff up. Just wanted some pound cake, fresh sliced strawberries with some whip cream but just didn't want cool hwip (what did you say?. Excellent. Thanks Mr. Brown.

I used a whisk and a glass bowl that I put in the refrigerator for ten minutes and the recipe turned out great and it only took less than five minutes by hand.
