AMAZING!! Had to change a couple things, i didnt find the sauce mix they recommended so i used garlic, herb and wine marinade from McCormick. I also used Boneless-skinless chicken thighs instead of bone in chicken... everything else i did as recipe said. Had veggies with it and made white rice with the small amount of remaining butter, lemon and mix we had to initially make... DELICIOUS. Will def make again..

It was really good, you can smell it while it's cooking. Had my husband asking if dinner was done every time I walked out the kitchen. Only downfall was that it set my smoke alarms off lol. Will definitely be making this again but with all the windows open and our fans on.

Delicious! However, I had to substitute Lawry's Herb & Garlic with Lemon Juice marinade for the Lemon-Herb mix because I couldn't find it. Everything else was the same and I LOVED IT!

Great recipe! Although I could not find the "Lemon-Herbed Chicken Sauce Mix" at the store, so in place of that I used the "Slow Cooker Italian Herbed Seasoning", and I also followed the rest of the recipe. I also broiled it on high and basted every few minutes as instructed, I also turned them twice letting it cook for at least 5 minutes on each side each time. I also basted using the mix as well as the juices that were in the pan. Served it with some fresh seasoned green beans and oven baked potatoes.

Family loved it && I enjoyed it as well. It's going into my saved recipes box! =

I just had a baby and ive been looking for some easy recipes that my husband and I would enjoy and this is at the top of my list. He was able to keep an eye on the baby while I prepared it and it was like clock work. He absolutely enjoyed it. I did it with chicken wings and it was awesome.

I broiled my chicken in the oven and it turned out great. I normally bake chicken, but I enjoyed broiling it. The only thing I did not like was having to baste it every 5 minutes. I also could not find the seaonsing she mentioned, so I used other seasoning that I already had. I also will cut down on the butter the next time I make it.

The people that tried it the "diced" way, should probably try a griddle with wells for the stove top or buy the disposable tin liners for the BBQ, so it doesn't fall through the grates. Quatering the chicken is the best way and delicious!

I fixed this tonight and my husband and I loved it. I couldn't find the lemon herb sauce either so I used Italian herb and you couldn't notice that it had anything Italian in it at all. I will change to garlic powder instead of garlic salt next time because it was a little salty. But I have never had a more moist chicken.
