    Best recipe for Sole Ive ever found. For never making a "stock" found this recipe fairly easy. Instead of adding in so many ingredients multiple times made the "essence" and sprinkled it in as needed. Came out fantastic.

    Delicious and fairly easy recipe. I halved the stuffing recipe and had enough stuffing to roll in 4 fillets. I might reduce the cayenne slightly next time.

    This dish was delicious. I felt like I was a chef preparing this and the presentation was great. Instead of using a whole sole I used thinly sliced sole fillets and wrapped them around the stuffing. Lovely dinner for two.
