Excellent way to prepare striped bass. I cut corners and used dried rosemary and regular tomato and it was still delicious. My husband, who doesn't like fish, was floored!

I used fresh Alaskan Salmon. Prepared it according to the recipe and found it a little flat. I plan to try it, again, using some additional spices. Also, plan to serve some dipping sauces with it.
