Yum so delicious and easy to make. It is a process with the phyllo dough but so worth it to have around and snack on on a lazy saturday.

using turkey sausages definitely did the trick when it comes to being too greasy!

These were tasty little rolls! I have to say that I thought working with phyllo dough was a total pain in the butt! I destroyed several sheets in the process and the rolls most definitely did not come out looking like egg rolls. But this is most likely because I'm a total novice in the kitchen and have never worked with phyllo before!! :

These are really flavorful. I loved them but some people might think they are too greasy.

Very good recipe for parties and ball games! The one change I would recommend is to blot the mixture with papers towels a little before rolling in the dought.
