    This salad was very pretty but the radichio is much too bitter. It adds a lot of color so I wouldn't cut it out completely. Just add less than half a head.

    I served at a small dinner. I liked it.
    One person thought too much dill in the dressing and another thought too much lemon. I would try again with less lemon and dill in dressing

    i served this for a wine tasting /dinner group we meet with and it was perfect. although i have a herb garden i do not have dill and thus had to purchase it at the store.This uses very little in the recipe. Dill does not keep long so plan on using it in other recipes so it does not go to waste or dry the leftovers.
