This was GREAT!! Robert would probably yell at me for not making it correctly : But the recipe is so good it still turned out wonderfully... I was canning Jellies and Jams and meant to save some berries for this but forgot. So I used a half cup of Blackberry Preserves and cut the sugar out... And I used chicken... Was great even with the Preserves and Chicken I will make it again soon with duck and berries!!!

This was Easy and Wonderful! The berry sauce was delicious! The whole family enjoyed it! The type of meal you can make during the busy week as it doesn't require a lot of time. Can't wait to make it again! YUM!

The duck is good, but I often use the sauce for chicken- delicious.

I substituted two or three tablespoons of Blackberry jam for the brown sugar and whole berries. It worked wonderfully.

The sauce was delicious. I used blackberries so I needed a little extra sugar to counteract the tartness. On a side note, I don't think this recipe would make enough sauce for 6 breasts.
