The tartines were super easy to make and delicious. I used an applewood smoked salmon. It really added to the flavor. I will definitely make these again.

I made this for a ladies' night in at my house - HUGE HIT! I made it appy-sized on small rectangles of Italian bread. The only change I made was I added a little minced red onion. TERRIFIC. Very elegant and delicious!

Egg salad has never appealed to me, but I decided to try this recipe after seeing it on TV. WOW!! It is SO good!! I loved it, as did my picky 19-month old, and he doesn't even like eggs. This is definitely a keeper. We didn't have any smoked salmon on hand, but it was just as tasty without it.

I served just the egg salad at my son's Baptism. It was a big hit!

I made this for a dinner party and my friends loved it, as did I. The dill is so refreshing and goes very well with the salmon. I didn't like egg salad before trying this recipe!

What an interesting twist on the normal egg salad. I'll never make it any other way.

This recipe was extremely easy to make and tasted amazing. Egg salad tastes great with salmon, but you can definitely leave the salmon out as it tastes great on its own too. Would highly recommend this recipe to anyone!

I was looking for easy yet different. Boy is this it. Everyone at the brunch loved it and I've been asked to make it as an appetizer for other gatherings. Great!
