Recipe calls for fresh chopped corriander, since to my understanding cilantro usually refers to the leaves and corriander refers to the roots of the same plant. Sounds just a different way naming the spice but since I am pretty new to cooking I was to make sure.

This was the best and freshest tasting guacamole I've ever had. Even my husband raved. I used 1 large lime instead of 4, (I think Nigella used very small limes... but the lime is what makes it taste amazing. I'll never use lemon again!!!!
