    Loved it! I substituted some different herbs from my garden and it worked out great. The lobster was fantastic.

    I have cooked lobster tails in all sorts of ways. The grill is by far, your best friend for this dish! The herb butter was superb and really made the lobster spectacular. Way to goo Neelys!

    Loved it! 1st time making lobster tails and it won't be the last. I never figured out how exactly to get the skewer in there, but I didn't need it after all. I bought tarragon, but after cutting it up, I decided not to use it. I'm not sure I've ever used fresh tarragon before and I didn't like the licorice smell, so I skipped it and just used the chives and garlic. Easy and delicious Valentine dinner!

    I have made this recipe several times and it is always a hit. The herb butter is delicious and I now use it for most seafood dishes.

    We threw a couple potatoes on the grill while prepping the lobster and the butter. So good! We made a double batch of the butter and smothered the potatoes and lobster. I also made a walnut, apple, blue cheese salad to go with it. Such a fantastic (almost healthy dinner.

    Simply awesome! I have made this recipe about 6 times since discovering it. Every time lobster tails are on sale, I make them this way for family and friends. Even my 3yo daughter will eat the whole tail! Fast, easy, and simple on the grill.
