This was a hit with adults AND children! I removed the chops from the pan and stirred in one cut-up yellow bell pepper along with the soy sauce, ginger and jam, then returned the chops to the pan for the simmering. I served it with rice and steamed broccoli, and every one loved it!

Very delicious. Needed an idea for a quick last minute dinner and this was perfect, actually had all ingredients in my fridge/pantry.

This was delicious! I had some orange marmalade in the fridge, so I used that in place of the apricot. We thought that it tasted wonderful!

Fantastic! Incredibly easy to make and really delicious way to dress up the every day pork chop or chicken. I'm renaming it Hawaiian Luau Pork because when my son (the picky eater was in second grade, they did a party with something called Chicken Waikiki Beach that was similar and he loved it. I figure the name alone will win him over! PS - thanks to previous reviewers for the suggestions, as I also added garlic, pineapple and chopped red pepper.

Great Recipe, as is. My 14 year old daughter had it at a friends and loved it so much she got the recipe to make at home. Super fast, and it is easy to keep the ingredients on hand.

WOW! This is soooooooooooooo full of flavor and so easy to put together. I also added some minced garlic, red pepper flakes (we like it spicy and some pineapple chunks. I doubled everything in the sauce except for the apricot preserves and used regular onion that I put in while making the sauce. This is fantastic! Going to try it with chicken next!

This recipe was great. I added some fresh minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and cubed pineapples and it took the flavors over the top! The sauce did thin out as it cooked, so the texture was more like a glaze, but the flavors were great and the pineapples added a nice sweet bite. It was so easy to assemble and the ingredients were not expensive. I will definitely make this again.

This was exactly what I was looking for - a small list of ingredients, quick, easy, and not deep fried.
I also added one red pepper in 1 inch chunks, and 1 can of drained pineapple chunks. My sauce was not as thick as I wanted, so I added a small amount of flour to try to thicken it, but the flour got clumps in it, so I won't try that again.
I also thought there was too much sauce, even with the added red pepper and pineapple. Next time to save a few calories, I would include less of the apricot preserves
I will definitely make this again, it tasted great, and was quick and easy.
