I've had this exact cheesecake recipe (including the fruit and topping for many years (courtesy of a cooking magazine so I was happy to see Sunny put it out there. This is so easy to prepare - you don't have to mess with foil or boiling water, etc. I've also added cocoa in the past to make a chocolate cheesecake and served it with raspberries. If you like cheesecake, then this is a recipe you will want to try. Very good.

Just so you know many of the most excellent recipies (cooking ingrediants, ideas, techniques, etc. usually happen by accident. Does not mean you have "invented" the ( INSERT TERM HERE. Once in awhile someone comes along and finds that THEIR creation is tasty and delicious and want to share it with the world. In my opinion, that is what Sunny and her friend Christina did. If you had actually paid attention to the show you would have heard her (Christina say she came up with the topping because her cheesecake had cracks and she wanted to hide them. And by the way, Like Laverne says who cares where the idea came from when it goes down delicious!!!!

WHO CARES IF IT ISN'T ORIGINAL? - IF IT IS EASY AND GOOD, IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHERE THE RECIPE CAME FROM!!!!!!
