Not the best salmon dish I've ever made or tasted, but good enough to maybe make it again. However, the recipe called for 2 oz. morel mushrooms and I only used 1 oz. to keep the cost down (and there were plenty of mushrooms. Overall, a pretty good dish, but not sure I will make it again any time soon.

My husband and I do not care for salmon. We were watching Bobby Flay and that's what he was preparing. We decided to try salmon one more time and to the store we went. We were not able to find the champagne vinegar so we used white wine vinegar and all I can say is it was "OUTSTANDING." In fact tomorrow is my daughters birthday and that is her chosen birthday
dinner. When I made it about a week ago we had plenty of left overs because we fixed way too much and she ate it for lunch for 3 days. We are now Salmon lovers! Thanks Bobby Flay!

The vinegarette did not enhance the flavor the delicious line caught wild salmon. I ended up removing the vinegarette before eating the remaining fish. I would have to consider this recipe the worst flop of recipes downloaded from Food Network. Not only was the vinegarette not pleasant on the salmon, it requires over $50.00 of dried morel mushrooms. Money that was washed down the drain.

Delicous! I would use a little less oil in the sauce. Served with grilled asparagus and cubed potatoes cooked in tin foil on the grill with oil/butter.

I have cooked salmon many times before, the big difference here was the Morel Vinaigrette. It is very easy to make and I also used it on diced cucumbers that I served along side of the salmon. My wife raved about the vinaigrette, so it was a very good meal.
