I really enjoy watching Robin. Her recipes are always so easy and flavorful. I do agree with others that this take 40 minutes not 20. But worth the wait. Personally, I do not like mustard of any kind so I used horseradish instead and it added a little kick to it and still healthy.
I made all fish tacos from this show as well and they were amazing. Thanks Robin.

Thanks everyone for their reviews. Reading through them helped me be prepared for double the cook time and I actually needed 45 minutes.

I bought the frozen pie crust already in the pan so I didn't need to roll it out. For the filling, I made 150% of the cheese filling and poured it in the crust. Some people noted it not being quiche like and after I had put in the spinach in the crust, I realized the veggies would dominate and I would lose that lovely eggy filling. So I just made more of the cheese filling recipe, mixed it with the vegetables (including the spinach and that was it. 45 minutes later, a beautiful quiche.

outstanding flavors in a quick to make quiche. I didn't transfer crust to tart pan so it took an additional 15 minutes to bake.

Great use for leftover veggies. I put my filling in muffin cups to freeze for easy morning breakfasts.
