I really loved the cheese in these potatoes I will make these again and again. With these mashed potatoes you dont have to worry about gravy.

I wasn't crazy about this recipe. There wasn't very much flavor to be had aside from the hint of garlic. I added in some mozzarella and provolone cheeses to boost the taste and thicken mine up a little bit -- there was too much milk and the mascarpone melted into a runny mess. I think I should have added something bold like fontina or sharp cheddar instead.

These potatoes were easy and very good. The food mill makes such a difference in the texture of the potatoes.
