    I used a combo of beef/pork/veal otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The meatloaf was delicious & definately the recipe i will use and share with friends and family.

    I also used the balsamic/ketchup. There just wasn't much flavor in the meatloaf, though it looked beautiful. I added garlic with the veggies, but it just seemed like something was missing.

    We liked this meatloaf recipe. It was nice and moist and held it's shape when cut. Excellent for leftovers too!

    I added balsamic vinegar to the ketchup because I didn't do the gravy. I also added red bell pepper to the sauteed veggies. I guess its a little Bobby and a little Colluci! Thanks guys!

    The loaf turned out very well. Nice and moist, full of flavor and the family loved it.
